Increase your self awareness
Examine your thoughts, decisions and behaviors and identify the areas in your life which contribute a great deal to your stress levels, or look at the type of actions which make you feel anxious. Learn to acknowledge these areas in your life and the sentiments connected with them when they arise, preparing yourself for them and observe your behaviors and attitude accordingly.
Understand your emotions
